Subscription Policy

The Subscribe & Save Program offers discounts off your first subscription order at checkout and all following recurring subscription orders. The discount is automatically applied when a subscription product is added to cart.  During certain promotions, your initial charge may be lower than your renewal charges.

There are no fees to sign up or cancel the subscription. To subscribe to a BioTRUST product, shop the website and add to cart the subscription product type and select your desired autoship frequency. Autoship frequency options are every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months frequency. Once you have completed checkout, your first subscription order will be processed and shipped. You will be charged for your future recurring subscription orders at the autoship frequency you selected. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in. You can adjust the quantity of the product, autoship frequency, skip an upcoming recurring subscription order, edit your shipping address, edit billing and payment method, swap for a different subscription product or flavor, add new subscription products, and also cancel the subscription any time (please read important note below).

Please note that canceling your subscription within your subscription account will not cancel the outstanding recurring subscription order submitted for processing. To successfully prevent a recurring subscription order from processing, please cancel your subscription 3 days prior to the scheduled charge date.
