How do I add an item to my Subscribe and Save?

Follow these super-easy steps to add items to your existing Subscribe & Save:

  1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com<Select Manage Subscriptions.
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions."
  4. On the right side of the page click "add product."
  5. There are two ways to search for products. By using the search box or you can browse our product selection. Once you find your desired product, simply click on the product image you wish to add.
  6. Just a few more steps:
    a. Enter "Quantity."
    b. Select your "Delivery" schedule in weeks.
    c. Confirm "Shipping" address and "Next charge" date.
    d. Click "Add Product."

How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save order?

  1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com<Select Manage Subscriptions.
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions."
  4. Identify the product you wish to cancel<click edit.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page<click cancel.
  6. Select reason for cancellation.
  7. Click<proceed.
  8. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction

How do I delay my Subscribe & Save order?

  1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com<Select Manage Subscriptions.
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions."
  4. Identify the product you wish to postpone<click edit.
  5. Click "next charge date" and select your "preferred date of postponement."
  6. Click "update next shipment date."

How do I reactivate my Subscribe & Save?

  1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com<Select Manage Subscriptions.
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions."
  4. Scroll down to "Inactive Subscriptions."
  5. Identify the product you wish to reactivate<click reactivate.
  6. Click "next charge date" and select your "preferred billing date and frequency."

How do I update my credit card information?

  1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com<Select Manage Subscriptions.
  2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
  3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions."
  4. Click on "billing information."
  5. Complete the required fields.
  6. Click "update."
    Important Note:
    If your most recent order did not process properly due to an error with your credit card, please note, once your credit card is updated, the previously failed charge will attempt immediately.

    How do I change the flavor of an item in my Subscribe & Save?

    1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com<Select Manage Subscriptions.
    2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
    3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions."
    4. Identify the product you wish to modify<click edit.
    5. Click on the product under "Your Subscription."
    6. Select flavor and click "update."

    How can I process my Subscribe & Save product now?

    1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com<Select Manage Subscriptions.
    2. Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
    3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions."
    4. Identify the product you wish to "order now" and click edit.
    5. Click "order now."
    6. Select your desired order content.
    7. Click on the "I understand" link

      What if a product on my Subscribe & Save order is discontinued?

      It is rare, but if an item on Subscribe & Save is discontinued, we will send a notification about the discontinued item to the email we have on file for you. The good news is that we have other products, so you can always browse our website for a similar item or you can call our customer service team for a recommended alternative.
