Shipping Rates & Policies

*All recurring Subscribe & Save orders will ship for free, regardless of order value, unless otherwise specified on an offer. 

IMPORTANT: Orders processed after 2:30 ET will ship next business day. Orders placed on a Friday or U.S. holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Non-recurring, one-time orders to the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands will ship at a flat rate of $6.95 regardless of order value. All International, non-recurring one-time orders will ship with a Country-specific shipping price. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

International shipments may incur higher than expected import duties or tariffs. International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges that are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by BioTRUST.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products and quantity ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. In the event customs may seize, damage or destroy your package, we recommend you contact your local customs office to understand regulatory restrictions.
