Do You POOP Enough? (Serious Stuff)


    Please excuse the somewhat personal nature of this article, but the information we are about to share below is extremely important for both you and your digestive health.

    You may not think that you're constipated, but in reality, it is VERY likely that you ARE.  You see, constipation is not simply "not being able to go," or only eliminating once a week...that's severe constipation.  The truth is, a healthy digestive system should be eliminating after every meal.

    1. I don’t enjoy going to the loo , but I feel that going once a day is enough for me. its one area of life that I think wow lord why do we have to have this humbling body function, ha ha.

        Bowel movements are not a topic that most folks feel comfortable talking about, however moving your bowels is something everyone does, in fact there is even a children’s book titled “Everyone Poops”.

        This is essentially the last stages of the digestion process, which is extremely necessary to remove the waste from the foods we consume, after our bodies have absorbed all the nutrients that it needs to survive.

    2. How many pills fo you take a day?

      • Greetings Dee. Thank you for your interest in BioTRUST Nutrition products.

        With regards to how many capsules of Pro-X10 are recommended, the directions state to take two (2) capsules daily, one (1) capsule with breakfast and one (1) capsule with dinner.

        If you would like to double the recommended serving to two (2) capsules twice daily (i.e., 4 capsules total), that is completely fine. In fact, this strategy may be optimal for those who are commencing probiotic supplementation (e.g., for the first time, after a hiatus), and it may also be beneficial at other times.

        This could be implemented for a period of 4 weeks prior to reducing to the recommended serving (i.e., 2 capsules per day).
