Wanted: Customer Service Reps and Health and Fitness Professionals (Work From Home)
Bio Trust Nutrition (www.BioTrust.com) is searching for “Star”, Fitness-Minded Coaches for our Customer Service Department to support the company’s valued clients and help lead them to better health and fitness.
Bio Trust is a unique company because all of our team members work from home, virtually, all over the country.
Bio Trust develops and distributes an all-natural line of premium, scientifically-designed dietary supplements and all-natural food products without the use of hormones, artificial flavors, colors, additives or sweeteners. (The product line includes nutrition shakes, nutrition bars, various vitamins, minerals and herbs along with healthy food products.)
Our company’s mission is to educate consumers about how scientifically-backed nutrients, quality foods and a healthy lifestyle can help them prevent and overcome many health conditions including obesity, high blood pressure, type II diabetes, heart disease and more.
Our company newsletter/blog publishes science-based articles about natural health therapies and remedies (mainly nutrition-based articles) that are backed by double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized studies. We will also be including articles that expose bogus products which aren’t backed by science. These articles are viewed by hundreds of thousands of readers worldwide. We are also creating a free online social media community to help coach our clients to better health.
What’s more, Bio Trust also donates a significant portion of profits to charities that help feed underprivileged children in the U.S. and around the world. (We believe strongly in giving back.)
We are searching for “Star”, Fitness-Minded Customer Service Representatives to support our company’s valued clients and help lead them to better health and fitness.
This team member’s day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer service needs and placing orders for Bio Trust products.
- Coaching our clients on health and fitness and answering questions on the phone, through email and on social media web sites.
1. Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
2. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet constant deadlines.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Able to quickly learn new computer programs and systems.
5. A personal training certificate or degree in nutrition, biology, chemistry, kinesiology, sports science, corporate wellness, or any health sciences is a plus, but not required.
6. Call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Note: There will be opportunities to advance in the company including writing/creating health and fitness-related articles and videos, and becoming a full time Coach that does not handle Customer Service issues. Other areas you could be promoted to are Quality Control, Research and Development, Operations, Marketing and more.
Starting pay is $12.50 an hour. Higher hourly rates are available for CS Reps who earned a 4-year college degree or accepted certifications in the health/fitness field.
All team members receive benefits that include, free BioTrust supplements, health insurance, paid PTO and a 401k plan. You are also able to work from home (no commute and every day is casual Friday) and the position is 40 hours a week.
