Last Friday, BioTrust had the honor of granting our 16th Wish this year for the Make-A-Wish Foundation®. Our Wish Kid Allan has terminal brain cancer, and his Wish was to visit KingsIsle Entertainment, which is a video game company headquartered in Austin, Texas.
KingsIsle Entertainment is the developer of Allan’s favorite video game Wizard 101. The game has given Allan a lot of joy over the last four years since he has been wheelchair-bound. The tear-jerker for the day was when the gaming company created Allan as a new character in the video game. This way, his memory will live on forever. Allan is such an inspiring and grateful child.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation® is dedicated to granting the wishes of “children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.” This is an honorable and admirable mission and one that we hold extremely near and dear to our hearts and wholeheartedly support.
And again, it’s through the continued support from loyal customers like you that allow us to give back. Together we are saving lives and improving quality of life on a global scale, and for that, we honor you and can’t thank you enough!

Instead, at meal time the man went off by himself and ate from a supply of cheese and crackers that he brought along with him.
Near the end of the trip, another passenger asked him, “Why don’t you come join us in the dining hall tonight for dinner?”
Embarrassed, the man replied “Well, to tell you the truth, I only had enough money to purchase my ticket. I don’t have any extra money to purchase fancy meals.”
